Where lease rental simply covers the cost of the equipment, maintenance inclusive lease rental includes the cost of the maintaining equipment.

The customer’s rental payments for the equipment are calculated in the normal way. The maintenance charge you decide for the period of the lease is then allocated evenly over the customer’s payments. Both parts are collected in one simple direct debit and the maintenance element is paid across to you. Your customer can obtain fully maintained new equipment for a fixed monthly cost.
