How does it work?

When you decide to offer your customers finance provided by Focus we can work any way you wish, after all, first and foremost it is your business and they are your customers. The basic procedures of a finance transaction are shown below but can be tailored to meet your exact requirements.

  • You offer finance as an option to every customer
  • Your customer places their order subject to finance approval
  • You call Focus with their name and number and order details
  • Focus obtains any necessary information and arrange approval
  • Focus completes all paperwork and arranges customer's signature
  • You deliver as usual and invoice
  • You receive payment

The average finance approval takes a few hours and the whole process can be completed in as little as 48 hours. Focus can form an integral part in your sales cycle preserving your time for your next sale. If you wish to get more involved in the process we are happy to work to suit you.
