Lease rental is one of the most popular of the finance options we offer and is available for most equipment used in your business or organisation.

Under a lease rental agreement every rental you make, including the initial payment, can be classed as an expense for tax purposes.

All lease rentals are subject to VAT. The VAT on each rental can be reclaimed by VAT registered businesses in the usual way.

At the end of the lease period you do not automatically own the equipment but through Focus can retain use of the equipment on payment of a once only secondary rental.
